  2. Avocado: Avocado is a nutrient-dense fruit that contains about 4 grams of protein per medium-sized fruit.
  3. Jackfruit: Jackfruit is a tropical fruit that is high in fiber and contains about 2.8 grams of protein per cup.
  4. Blackberries: Blackberries are a type of berry that are rich in antioxidants and contain about 2 grams of protein per cup.
  5. Kiwi: Kiwi is a small, fuzzy fruit that is high in vitamin C and contains about 2 grams of protein per cup.

While fruits are not a significant source of protein, they are still an important part of a healthy diet because they are high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. To meet your protein needs, it is important to also consume other protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, poultry, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Protein build muscles and highly efficient in treatment.
